1. No Return Policy

All sales made through our website are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any product once the order has been delivered, except where required by law.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility within 3-5 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• The exchange request must be raised within 3-5 days of receiving the order
• The product must be free from damage caused by the customer
• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us via email or phone (details below) within the 3-5 day window, along with your order ID and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable exchange.

5. Exchange Shipping

Any shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange, unless the product is defective or incorrect, may be borne by the customer, as communicated at the time of the exchange request.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that are used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or requested for exchange after the 3-5 day window will not be accepted.

7. Processing Time

Once your exchanged product is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed and shipped within a reasonable time frame.
